Housing Board, from the panel approved in the reference 1st read above and posted as Estate Officer in the office of Vice Chairman and Housing Commissioner, A.P.Housing Board, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy. 2. The promotion ordered in para (1) above, is purely on adhoc basis and also subject to the final outcome of the O.As / Writ Petitions, WPMPs etc., pending in the A.P.A.T / High Court, if any. 3. The individual should join the post within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. If he fail to join or evades joining within the stipulated time, he shall forfeit all his rights both present and future for the post of Estate Officer without any notice in terms of G.O.Ms.No.147.
