G.O.Rt.No.219, YAT&C (CA) Deptt., dt. 28-3-2012. *** O R D E R In the reference read above, the Director of Culture, Hyd., has requested to sanction an amount of Rs. 1.00 lakhs towards conduct of Abhinaya National Multilingual Theatre Festival. 2. After careful consideration of the proposal of the Director of Culture, Hyd., Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to Director of Culture, Hyd., towards conduct of Abhinaya National Multi-Lingual Theatre Festival from 10th to 13th August, 2011 at Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the following head of account : “ 2205- Art and Culture – MH –01 – NSP – SH (01) – 500 – 503 – Other Expenditure”. 3 The Director of Culture, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount to Convenor, Abhinaya National Theatre, Hyderabad and report compliance and obtain utilization certificate and financial Audited statements in due course. Unspent amount, if any should be remitted to Government account. 4 This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.GAD.II) Department vide their U.O.No.27417/274/E.GAD.II/A1/2011, dated : 20-10-2011.
