Read: From the Commissioner, Department of Tourism, AP, Hyderabad, Note dated 27.03.2010. *** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Department of Tourism, AP, Hyderabad in the note read above, permission is accorded to Sri Sabyasachi Ghosh, IAS, Commissioner of Tourism, A.P, Hyderabad to visit Kolkata from 05.04.2012 to 08.04.2012 to participate in the proposed Road Show at Kolkata with the Travel Agents, Tour Operators of Kolkata on 07.04.2012 and return to Hyderabad on 08.04.2012. 2. The absence of the Member of Service during the above period shall be treated as on duty. 3. The expenditure towards TA and DA in connection with the above visit shall be debited to the relevant head of account to which the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are debited. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the existing rules in force.
