Naveedul Haq, Assistant Executive Engineer, ISLMC Sub Division No.2, Kathipudi, for pursuing M.Tech. Degree at JNTU, Kakinada for the academic year from 2011-13 in terms of Rule 23 (a)(ii)(e) of A.P.
