Representations of Sri P.D.Vijaya Kumar, Sri A. Ramakrishna Murthy and Sri G.V.Krishnaiah, dt.01.09.2010,31.08.2010 &01.09.2010 respectively. 5. From the ENC (R&B), Admn., Lr.No.2227/VC 2/2006-8, dt.24.05.2011. *** ORDER: It was brought to the notice of the Government that S/sri (1) P.D.Vijaya Kumar, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), Giddaluru; (2) A. Ramakrishna Murthy, Assistant Engineer (R&B); and (3) G.V. Krishnaiah, Assistant Engineer (R&B), committed certain lapses/ irregularities in the work of “Improvements to Mundlapadu – Tallapalli Road from Km 0/0 to 0/6 and 1/350 to10/350” in Prakasam District in the year 2006. 2. On the directions of the Government, in the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn.& NH, framed articles of charges against the above said officers, in the reference third read above; they have submitted their representations, vide reference fourth read above; and Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Admn., has furnished his report in the matter requesting to drop further action against the charged officers. 3. After careful examination of the defence statements submitted by the above said Charges Officers and the remarks of the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Admn. & NH., Government observe that the field Engineers committed certain acts of omission, such as not maintaining the log book for cement, deleting GSB layers from the final bill, only after SE, QC observed that the deficiencies in GSB layers are beyond permissible limits etc; and, therefore, Government decide and hereby impose the penalty of withholding of one increment without cumulative effect on S/sri (1) P.D.Vijaya Kumar, the then Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), Giddaluru; (2) A. Ramakrishna Murthy, the then Assistant Engineer (R&B); and (3) G.V. Krishnaiah, the then Assistant Engineer (R&B), in respect of work of “Improvements to Mundlapadu – Tallapalli Road from Km 0/0 to 0/6 and 1/350 to10/350” in Prakasam District. (pto)-2- 5.
