O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.92,000/- (Rupees
Ninety Two Thousand Only) towards purchase of 2 nos. of Desktop Computers
and 1 no. HP Laser Pinter for the use of the System Analyst and Senior
Stenographer, YAT & C (PMU) Department.
2. The amount sanction at para-1 above shall be debited to the following
Head of Account:-
“3452 – Tourism, 01-Tourist Infrastructure, 102 – Tourist accommodation
& Other facilities to Tourists – G.H. (11) – Normal State Plan – SH (07) –
Development of Tourist Infrastructure facilities, 500- Other Charges, 503 –
Other Expenditure”.
3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Department shall
draw the amount sanctioned at para-1 above and disburse the same to
M/s. Yaamini Computers, Hyderabad through cheque by following details.
