G.O.RT.NO.149,YAT&C(CA) Deptt., dated:05-03-2011. *** O R D E R : In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference second and third read above, administrative sanction is hereby accorded to the Director of Culture, Hyderabad to incur an amount of Rs. 12.50 lakhs (Rupees Twelve lakhs and fifty thousand only ) under Non-Plan towards grant in aid to the A.P.State Cultural Council towards 3rd and 4th quarter provision for the financial year 2011-2012 to meet the staff salaries and day to day maintenance. The expenditure may be debited to the following head of account : “ 2205-Art and Culture – 102 – MH – Promotion of art and Culture – SH (04) – Assistance to various institutions – 310 Grant-in-Aid – 312 – Other grants in aid (Non Plan)”. 2. The Director of Culture, Hyd., is authorized to draw the amount subject to compliance of other procedure in vogue and this amount should not be used for conducting cultural programmes for which funds are provided separately. 3. The Director of Culture , Hyd., is directed to utilize the above amount for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned and should not be diverted for any other purpose and spent. 4. The Director of Culture, Hyderabad is directed to obtain the audited statements from the Chairman, A.P.State Cultural Council and furnish to the Government. 5.. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD.II) Department , vide their U.O.Note No. 8525/73/E.GAD.II/ A1/2012, dated: 30-03-2012.
