Bill form BSNL, Hyderabad, Bill No. 178962320, Dated: 06-03-2012. ***** O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.119/- (Rupees One Hundred and Nineteen Only) towards the monthly user charges on telephone No. 23450444 being used by the Universal Access Help Desk of YAT & C (PMU) Department for the month of February, 2012. 2. The amount sanctioned at para – 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “3452-Tourism, 01-Tourist Infrastructure, 102-Tourist Accommodation & Other facilities to Tourists – Schemes included in PLAN, 11- Normal State Plan, 05 – Development of Infrastructure Facilities for Tourism promotion, 130 – Office Expenses 131 – Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone charges”. 3.
