G.O.Rt.No. 914, YAT & C (PMU) Department, Dated: 18-10-2011. 2. From M/s. Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi, Lr., Dated: 17-11-2011. ***** O R D E R: In the G.O. 1st read above, the Government have issued orders sanctioning an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- towards Silver Sponsorship and released an amount of Rs.5.00 Lakhs as advance to M/s. Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, M/s. Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi has requested the Government to release balance due Rs.5,00,000/- towards participation and sponsorship charges. 3. Government hereby release Rs.4,70,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs and Seventy Thousand Only) due to budget availability, the balance amount of Rs.30,000/- will be released in the next financial year 2012-13to M/s. Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi towards Silver Sponsorship of A.P. Tourism. 4. The amount sanctioned at Para 3 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “3452- Tourism-01-Tourist Infrastructure – 102 Tourist Accommodation & other facilities to Tourists – Schemes included in PLAN,GH 11- Normal State Plan - SH (08) International Marts / Fairs & Festival, 500-Other Charges, 503- Other Expenditure. 5. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing and Disbursing Officer, YAT & C (PMU) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned at para – 3 above and disburse the same to M/s.
