O R D E R :
In the reference 2nd read above, Sri R.Subba Rao, I.A.S., (Retd.), Officer
on Special Duty, Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Scheduled Castes &
Scheduled Tribes, Hyderabad, has submitted medical bills for an amount of Rs.
7,829-34/- inucurred by him during the period from May, 2011 to October, 2011
towards medical treatment for IHD/COPD/Htn as an out patient at Government
Civil Dispensary (NGOs), O/0 the Chief Commissioner Land Administration,
Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad .
2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat,
Hyderabad, has scrutinized the medical bills and admitted the net eligible
amount of Rs. 7,672/- (Rupees Seven thousand six hundred and seventy two
rupees only) vide ref. 4th read above.
3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction
for payment of an amount of Rs. 7,672/- (Rupeesw Seven thousand six hundred
and seventy two rupees only) to Sri R. Subba Rao, IAS (Retd.), Officer on
Special Duty, A.P. State Commission for S.Cs. & S.Ts., Hyderabad towards the
amount incurred for his treatment for IHD/COPD/Htn as an out-patient at
Government Civil Dispensary (NGOs.), O/o the Chief Commissioner Land
Administration, Nampally Station Road , Hyderabad, during the period from May,
2011 to October, 2011, under AIS(MA) Rules, 1954 as per orders issued vide
reference Ist read above.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para-3 above shall be debited to the relevant
Head of Account.
5. The Officer on Special Duty to A.P. State Commission for S.Cs. & S.Ts.,
Hyderabad, is directed to take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
6. The Medical Bills in original furnished by the Officer on Special Duty to
Andhra Pradesh State Commision for SCs & STs, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad
are herewith returned.

7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
rules in force.
