Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.47/CDS/2012, dated 16.03.2012. ***** O R D E R :- In the reference third read above, Sri Ibrahim Khan, Driver (Retd), Social Welfare Department, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.8,564/- towards medical expenses incurred by him for his treatment at Mahavir Hospital & Research center, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fifth read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.8,314/-. Total Amount claimed Rs.8,564 -00 Inadmissible amount Rs. 250-00 ------------------- Gross Admissible Amount Rs.8,314 -00 Net Admissible Amount Rs.8,314/- 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.8,314/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Fourteen only) to Sri Ibrahim Khan, Driver (Retd), Social Welfare Department towards medical expenses incurred by him for his treatment at Mahavir Hospital & Research Center, Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Social Welfare (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount in favour of Sri Ibrahim Khan, Driver (Retd), Social Welfare Department.
