Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.59/CDS/2012, dated 24.02.2012. ***** O R D E R :- In the reference third read above, Sri D.Nageswara Rao, Assistant Secretary to Govt. (Retd.), Social Welfare Department, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.30,438/- towards medical expenses incurred by him for his treatment at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fifth read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.30,341/- as detailed below:- Total Amount claimed Rs.30,348-00 Inadmissible amount Rs. 96-45 ------------------- Gross Admissible Amount Rs.30,341-55 Net Admissible Amount Rs.30,341-55 or 30,341/- 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.30,341/- (Rupees Thirty thousand Three hundred and Forty One only) to Sri D.Nageswara Rao, Assistant Secretary to Govt. (Retd.), Social Welfare Department towards medical expenses incurred by him for his treatment at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Panjagutta ,Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement.
