Mahmood Ali, Transport Constable, Representation Dated 11.05.2004. 3) From Sri N.Srinivas, Transport Constable, Representation Dated NIL. 4) From Sri R.Vijaya Rao, Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector, Representation Dated 14.06.2004. 5) G.O.Rt.No.435, TR&B (Vig.III.1) Deptt., Dated 10.05.2005. 6) G.O.Rt.No.934, TR&B (Vig.III.1) Deptt., Dated 26.09.2011. 7) From Sri Lingaraj Panigrahi, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, D.O.Lr.No.255/COI-LP/2011, Dated 14.11.2011. *** O R D E R: In the Charge Memos. 1st read above, departmental action was initiated against Sri R.Vijaya Rao, Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector, Sri Mohd. Mahmood Ali and N.Srinivas, Transport Constables on the allegation of corruption while they working at Transport Check Post Shapur, Ranragareddy District. In their representations 2nd to 4th read above, the charged officers have submitted written statements of defence. 2. In the G.O. 5th read above, read with the G.O. 6th read above, orders were issued appointing the Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiring Authority. In the D.O. letter 7th read above, the Inquiring Authority submitted his report duly holding that the charges framed against all the charged officers as not proved. 3. Government after careful examination of the enquiry report has decided to accept the findings of Inquiring Authority and to drop further action against all the three charged officers. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby drop further action against Sri R.Vijaya Rao, Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector, Sri Mohd. Mahmood Ali and Sri N.Srinivas, Transport Constables. 5. The Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly.
