1 GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Minor Irrigation – Khammam District - FDR - Permanent Restoration to Gangulavagu near Suddarevu Village, H/o Markodu Village, Gundala Mandal, Khammam District – Administrative Approval for Rs.44.76 lakhs – Accorded – Orders – Issued. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = IRRIGATION & CAD (MI T) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 239 Date: 1.3.2012 Read the following:- From the CE, MI Lr No.DCE-II/OT-1-SO4 / Gangulavagu /suddarevu/Gundala/Kmm/30/2011-12, dt.29.04.2011 and even No. dated 24.12.2011. @@@ ORDER: In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Hyderabad has submitted an estimate for the work “FDR - Permanent Restoration to Gangulavagu near Suddarevu Village, H/o Markodu Village, Gundala Mandal, Khammam District” to accord administrative approval for Rs.44.76 lakhs stating that the above Cheroo is having registered ayacut of 380 acres under sluices 1 & 2. During the cyclonic rains on 29.7.2010, the bund has breached to a length of 55 mts and bund section disturbed on either side of breach portion to length of 30 mts in addition to breach. Hence, it is proposed to restore the same. Further, he has stated that no component can be taken up under MGNREGS. Hence, he has requested to accord administrative approval in the matter. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative approval for Rs.44.76 lakhs (Rupees forty four lakhs and seventy six thousands only) for the work “FDR - Permanent Restoration to Gangulavagu near Suddarevu Village, H/o Markodu Village, Gundala Mandal, Khammam District”. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be debitable to the Head of Account “4702 COL on M.I. – MH 101 – Surface Water GH - 11 Normal State Plan – SH (12) – Construction & Restoration of MI Sources – 530 Major Works / 531 Other Expenditure”.
