From the Director General, WALAMTARI,Letter No.8035/E3/2012/231 dated. 18.02.2012. *** O R D E R : In terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st and 2nd read above, and read with the G.Os. 3rd and 4th read above sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the following employees working in the Office of Director General, WALAMTARI, Irrigation & CAD Department to perform the marriage of their daughter from out of funds provided in the references 5th read above. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sl. The advance sanctioned in para-1 above is subject to the following conditions: i) The advance shall bear a simple interest 5% for Class IV employees 5.5% for others per annum. ii) The principle amount of the loan shall be recovered in 70 equal monthly installments. The above loan shall be recovered from the individual (as shown above) commencing from the pay bill immediately following the month in which the marriage is performed or from the pay bill of the third calendar month subsequent to the drawal of advance whichever is earlier. iii) The advance shall be utilized within 3 months from the date of drawal, failing which the entire advance together with interest accrued thereon refunded to Government in one lumpsum. Contd…2. ::2:: iv) The advance sanctioned to the loanee shall be subject to summary recovery if it is proved that it has not been utilized for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned together with the penal interest @ 1 ½ times of the normal rate of interest till the date of recovery of the advance. v) The loanee shall submit the utilization certificate in Form-IV within one month from the date of drawal of advance. If the actual expenditure incurred on account the marriage is less than the advance drawn the unspent amount shall be refunded to Government forthwith along with interest. 3. The Irrigation & CAD (OP:Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the loanee in one lumpsum. 4. The expenditure shall be met from out of the funds allotted vide G.O. 5th read above, and shall be debited the expenditure to MH.7610-Loans to Government Servants, SH.800- Other Advances, SH(05)-Marriage Advance.5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (A&L) Department under the rules or orders on the subject.
