The Director of Factories is hereby permitted to attend the conference of next working group meeting of 51st Chief Inspector of Factories to be held on 22-24, February, 2012 at Gurgaon, Haryana. 3. The absence of the officer including journey time shall be treated as on duty under F.R. 9(6)(b)(i). 4. The expenditure towards T.A. & D.A. of the Officer shall be debited to the Head of Account from which his pay and allowances are drawn. 5.
