GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Housing Department - Implementation of IHSDP (2005-06 & 2006-07) under JnNURM – Revised Administrative Sanction of 25 projects taken up by A.P. Read the following: 1) G.O.Rt.No.256, dt.26.11.2007 of Hsg.(U&IAY) Deptt., Govt. of A.P. 2) M.D., APSHCL, Lr.No.1558/IHSDP/E&P/06, Dt.20.12.2011. * * * * ORDER: In the G.O.1st read above, accorded Administrative Sanction for 25 integrated projects under IHSDP under JnNURM taken up by Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited. The pattern of unit cost and project cost details for the said projects are as detailed in the Annexure appended to the G.O. In the reference 2nd read above, the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited among other things, requested the Government for revised approval of the 25 IHSDP projects taken up by APSHCL in view of the changes occurred in construction pattern, No. of Dwelling Units and U.C., with reference to the original Administrative Sanction accorded by the Government and also permit him to place in State Level Coordination Committee. 2. After careful consideration of the circumstances stated by the Managing Director, APSHCL, in his letter 2nd read above, Government hereby accord revised Administrative Sanction for the 25 integrated projects taken up under IHSDP in order to enable the Managing Director to place the proposal in the SLCC and to obtain the balance share of Government of India from Government of India. The approved revised project wise details viz., Unit Cost, No. of DUs, construction pattern, project cost of housing along with central share are as detailed in the Annexure appended to this G.O. The additional amount over and above the Government of India share and INDIRAMMA Urban share of the unit cost shall be mobilized as beneficiary contribution / Bank Loan. 3. The M.D., APSHCL, is therefore requested to take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
