Department., application Dt:11.08.2011 3. Govt. Memo. No.9336/OP.I/2011, T.R.&B.(OP.I) Dept.,dt:31.12.2011 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, Letter Rc. no.10/CDS/2011, Dated 04.02.2012 &&& ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, Sri B.Shanker, Daffedar, TR&B Department, while enclosing the medical bills in original, has requested to reimburse medical expenses incurred by him towards his treatment for “Pulmonary Koch’s” at Yashodha Hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.31,933/-. 2. In the reference 4th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and recommended for reimbursement of medical expenditure for an amount of Rs. 27,422/-, being the net admissible amount. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 27,422/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand Four Hundred And Twenty Two only) being the net admissible amount towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by Sri B.Shanker, Daffedar, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department towards his treatment for “Pulmonary Koch’s” during the period from 12.07.2011 to 15.07.2011 at Yashodha Hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account of “3451 – Secretariat – Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat 10 – T.R.&B Department - 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Transport, Roads and Buildings (O.P.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to Sri B.Shanker, Daffedar, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department. 6. This Order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, as per rules in force.
