From Sri B.Sattaiah, Roneo Operator, (Retd) T.R. & B. Department., application dt:01.10.2011 3. Govt. Memo. No.11055/OP.I(2)/2011, T.R.&B.(OP.I) Department., dated:24.01.2012 4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, Letter Rc. No.263/CDS/2012, Dated 31.01.2012 &&& ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, Sri B.Sattaiah, Roneo Operator (Retd), TR&B Department while enclosing the medical bills in original, has requested to reimburse medical expenses incurred by him towards his treatment for “ DM & HTN” for an amount of Rs.3,495 - 30/-. 2. In the reference 4th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and recommended for reimbursement of medical expenditure for an amount of Rs. 3,153/-, being the net admissible amount. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 3,153/- (Rupees Three Thousand One Hundred And Fifty Three only) being the net admissible amount towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by Sri B.Sattaiah, Roneo Operator (Retd), Transport, Roads and Buildings Department in connection with his treatment for “DM & HTN” during the period from 16.07.2011 to 15.09.2011 at Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account of “3451 – Secretariat – Economic Services – 090 – Secretariat 10 – T.R.&B Department - 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Transport, Roads and Buildings (O.P.II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to Sri B.Sattaiah, Roneo Operator,(Retired), Transport, Roads and Buildings Department. 6. This Order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department, as per rules in force.
