Secretariat during the month of February, 2012 for recoupment to permanent advance. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to "MH-3451. Secretariat Economic Services - Minor Head - 090. Secretariat - Sub-head – 16 - Irrigation & CAD(IW) Department - Detailed Head - 130 Office Expenses - Sub-detailed Head - 132. Other Office Expenses". 3. The Irrigation & CAD (IW-OP:Claims) Department shall claim the amount sanctioned at para-1 above for recoupment of permanent advance. 4.
