Read the following : From the ENC (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad letter No.Rc/ENC/B2/155/2011, Dated 19.12.2011. << >> ORDER: In the reference read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad has informed that the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, GDS, Dowlaiswaram has reported that the modernization works in Godavari Delta System are being taken up in East Godavari and West Godavari Districts during the period from January to June 2012 and the services of two following Executive Engineers are required who are due to retire on 31.12.2011 on attaining the age of superannuation and that they are well acquainted with the works and requested to continue their services after their retirement for further period for 6 months from January 2012 to June 2012 for smooth execution of works and water regulation: 1. Sri V.Venugopala Rao (DOB: 28.12.1953), i/c EE, Godavari Head Works Division, Dowlaiswaram of Irrigation Circle, Dowlaiswaram 2. Sri V.Krishna Rao (DOB: 1.1.1954), i/c EE, Irrigation Division, Nidadavole of Irrigation Circle, Eluru. The ENC (AW) has also stated that the above two i/c Executive Engineers are due to retire from service on 31.12.2011 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation. The Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, Dowlaiswaram has requested to continue the services of the above two i/c EEs for a period of 6 months upto June 2012 after their retirement in the interest of work. In view of the above and as requested by the Chief Engineer, Godavari Delta System, the Engineer-in-Chief (AW) has recommended to continue the services of the above two i/c EEs for six months from January 2012 to June 2012 after their retirement and requested to examine the same at Government level and issue necessary orders. After careful examination of the matter, Government have decided and accordingly order that the services of Sri V.Venugopala Rao, incharge Executive Engineer, Godavari Head Works Division, Dowlaiswaram of Irrigation Circle, Dowlaiswaram and retired on 31.12.2011 A.N. on superannuation and Sri V.Krishna Rao, incharge Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, Nidadavole of Irrigation Circle, Eluru and retired on 31.12.2011 A.N. on superannuation, be continuedfor a period of six months from January 2012 to June 2012 after their retirement, with a remuneration of last pay (Basic Pay) drawn minus pension, and subject to keeping the two posts vacant.
