G.O.Ms.No.3, Finance (SMPC-II) Department, dated.12.01.2011. 4. From the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad, Letter No.TA9/AEEI/I.B/24392/04, dated.18.06.2011 & 16.01.2012. & & & O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued permitting the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad, to appoint certain staff, for maintenance of (4) four Suited Roads & Buildings Department Guest House at Pulivendula, Kadapa District, on outsourcing basis, through third party for a period of one year initially, subject to following outsourcing guidelines; and, in the reference 2nd read above, orders were issued permitting the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad, to continue the staff for a further period of one year from November, 2010 to October, 2011, duly entering into fresh agreement and following outsourcing guidelines. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad in his letter 4th read above, has requested for sanction of remuneration for outsourcing category, from November, 2011 to October, 2012; and, also requested for according permission for continuation of the staff for one more year, i.e from November, 2011 to October, 2012, for maintenance of above Guest House, on outsourcing basis. 4. Government, hereby permit the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad (A) to revise the remuneration from 01.02.2011 to 31.10.2011, which was already fixed in the reference 2nd read above and as per the orders issued in the reference 3rd read above; and, (B) to continue the following staff for maintenance of (4) four suited R&B Guest House at Pulivendula, YSR District, for a further period of (9) Nine Months, from November, 2011 to July, 2012, after duly entering into fresh agreement with agency and following outsourcing guidelines, with remuneration as follows:- S.No. Name of the post Nos Remuneration per month 1.
