Memo No.19670/Ser.V.2/2011, dated 07.09.2011, 29.09.2011 & 01.11.2011. -x-x-x-x-x- ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad in the reference 1st cited and Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.79,922/- (Rupees Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Two only) towards payment of minimum wages to Sri P. Venkatamuni Reddy, Ex-Worker in terms of Section 17-B of I.D. Act, 1947 for the period from 14.12.2007 to 11.09.2009 as per the Hon’ble High Court Interim orders dated 11.09.2009 in W.P.M.P. No.25114/2009 in W.P. No.19226/2009 and E.P. No.6/2011 in I.D.No.381/2003. 2. The above amount is to be debited to the following Head of Account “4801- 01-HydelGeneration-MH.101-GH.11-SH.26-270/273 of NSRSP” during the financial year 2011-2012. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (IW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (PC.III) Department vide their U.O. No.30931/701/A1/PC-III/2011, dated 21.11.2011.
