(SER.II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 263 Dated. 07.03.2012. Read the following : 1. G.O.Rt.No.880, I&CAD (Ser.II) Dept, dated 30.8.2011. 2. From Hon’ble APAT orders dated 5.9.2011 in O.A. No.7373/2011 filed by Sri S.Appala Swamy, i/c EE. 3. From Hon’ble APAT Notice in CA No.1467/2011 in OA No.7373/2011 filed by Sri S.Appala Swamy, i/c EE. 4. From the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad letter No.Rc/ENC/B2/34595/2011, dated 17.11.2011. 5. From Hon’ble APAT Notice dated 28.2.2012 in CA No.1467/2011 in OA No.7373/2011 filed by Sri S.Appala Swamy, incharge Executive Engineer. << >> ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued directing Sri S.Appala Swamy, incharge Executive Engineer, Division No.IV, LMD Colony along with others while making incharge arrangements to the vacant posts of Executive Engineers. Aggrieved by the above said orders, Sri S.Appala Swamy, i/c Executive Engineer filed O.A.No.7373/2011 with a prayer to suspend the G.O.Rt.No.880, I&CAD (Ser.II) Dept, dated 30.8.2011 instead of approaching the Government with the similar request. In the reference 2nd read above, Hon’ble APAT passed the following interim orders : “Pending disposal of the O.A., the operation of the impugned G.O.Rt.No. 880, I & CAD (ser.II.2) Dept dated 30-08-2011 issued by the 1st respondent, in so far as it relates to the applicant and the unofficial respondent who is mentioned at Sl. No. 65 in Annexure-I attached to the said G.O. is concerned is suspended.” When the matter is under examination at Government level in consultation with the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Sri S.Appala Swamy, incharge Executive Engineer filed Contempt vide reference 3rd read above. In view of the contempt petition, and after careful examination of the entire matter, Government hereby decides and accordingly modifies and cancels the orders issued vide G.O.Rt.No. 880, I & CAD (ser.II.2) Dept dated 30.8.2011, in so far as it relatesto the applicant in O.A.No.7373/2011 filed by Sri S.Appala Swamy, incharge Executive Engineer and the unofficial respondent who is mentioned at Sl. No. 65 in Annexure-I attached to the said G.O. Sri P.Veera Reddy, incharge Executive Engineer is directed to report before Government for further posting orders.
