ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B),
Buildings, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord
Administrative sanction, for an amount of Rs. 1.50 Lakhs (Rupees One
Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) to take up Entrance door with wall and
other civil & electrical works in Govt. Qtr. No.T 1/5 Krishna, IAS
Officers Colony, Kundanbagh, Hyderabad occupied by Sri Shamsher
Singh Rawat IAS, Spl. Secy. to C.M.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
the following Head of Account:
MH - 2216 – 05 General Pool Accommodation – MH 053
Maintenance and Repairs – SH (05) Maintenance & Repairs of
Buildings – 270 Minor Works – 272 Other Expenditure.
3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take
further action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.1598-A/76/A2/Expr.PW/12, Dt.27.01.2012.
