DCE II/OT4/SO1/KNR/FDR/Oora Cheruvu / Dhanwada / 2011,
dated 30.5.2011 and even No. dated 17.1.2012.

ORDER:-
In the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation
has submitted an estimate for Rs. 12.55 lakhs for the work Flood
Damaged Repairs to Oora Cheruvu, Dhanwada Village, Kataram
Mandal, Karimnagar District stating that this tank is having an
ayacut of 212 acres. Due to heavy rains ie., 162 mm during the
month of July, 2010, the canal banks washed away. The banks of
field channels have fallen to lower standards and the tail end fields
are not getting water at rainy season and hence he has proposed
guide walls to the canals to supply water to the tail end. Further he
has stated that there are no possibilities to take up the above work
under MGNREGP. Therefore, he has requested to accord
administrative approval for Rs. 12.55 lakhs under Normal State Plan
Funds.
2. Government after careful examination, hereby accord
administrative approval for Rs. 12.55 lakhs (Rupees twelve lakhs
and fifty five thousand only) for the work “Flood Damaged Repairs
to Oora Cheruvu, Dhanwada Village, Kataram Mandal, Karimnagar
District”
3. The expenditure sanctioned at para 2 above, shall be debited
to the Head of Account “4702 COL on M.I MH – 101 – Surface Water
GH – 11 Normal State Plan - SH (16) Immediate Restoration of MI
sources and FDR Temporarily restoration works – 530 Major Works -
531 Other Expenditure”
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr. PW)
Department Vide their U.O. No. 3356/134/A1/Expr.PW/12 dated
21.2.2012.
