From the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Admn. & NH, Lr.2599/VC (2)/2005, Dt. 08-11-2010. *** ORDER: It was brought to the notice of the Government that certain lapses/ irregularities were committed in execution, in respect of the work of “Improvements to Guntur – Amaravathi Road to Venigandla (via) Jonnalagadda from Km 0/0 to 7/600 (NABARD)” in Guntur District, in the year 2005. 2. As per the directions of Government, vide reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Admn. & NH framed Articles of Charges against Sri K.V. Raghavendra Rao, the then EE(R&B), Guntur (now E.E, R&B Division, Vijayawada).The Charged Officer has submitted his Written statement of defence denying the charges. The Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Admn. & NH , while furnishing in the reference third read above the WSD of the Charged officer, has requested to drop further action against Sri K.V. Raghavendra Rao, the then EE(R&B), Guntur (now working in R&B Division, Vijayawada). 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, decide and hereby drop further action against Sri K. V. Raghavendra Rao, the then EE(R&B), Guntur (now E.E, R&B Division, Vijayawada) in respect of the work of “Improvements to Guntur – Amaravathi Road to Venigandla (via) Jonnalagadda from Km 0/0 to 7/600 (NABARD)” in Guntur District . 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Admn. & NH, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
