From the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Letter No.243/C2/2008, Dated:22/01/2011. 2. Govt. Memo. No.968/Ser.IV/2011-1, Dated 23/05/2011) 3. Representation Dated Nil of Sri K. Dhanunjaya, Transport Constable, Office of the Joint Transport Commissioner & S/RTA, Hyderabad. -ooo- Based on the report of the Transport Commissioner vide Letter 1st cited, the request of Sri K.Dhanunjaya, Transport Constable, working in the office of Joint Transport Commissioner and Secretary Regional Transport Authority, Hyderabad presently working on O.D at Regional Transport Officer, Ranga Reddy District (East), Uppal for transfer / repatriation to the Deputy Transport Commissioner & S/RTA, Ranga Reddy District, has earlier been examined and rejected vide reference 2nd cited, as repatriation on the personal grounds is not permissible under the G.O.Ms.No.610, General Administration Department, Dated:30/12/1985. 2. In the reference 3rd cited, Sri K. Dhanunjaya, Transport Constable has again represented that he belongs to Ranga Reddy District by virtue of his birth and acquisition of educational qualifications. His family members and old aged parents are residing at Pasumamla, Ranga Reddy District. Therefore, requested to consider his case for transfer/repatriation from Hyderabad to Ranga Reddy District keeping in view of the G.O.Ms.No.610, General Administration Department, Dated:30/12/1985 to look-after his old aged parents. 3. Government, after careful reconsideration of the matter, in consultation with General Administration (MC-I) Department, observe that the local status of Sri K. Dhanunjaya, Transport Constable has been erroneously enumerated as Hyderabad instead of Ranga Reddy District and the department has deleted his name from the repatriation list. Since he falls in the quota meant exclusively for locals as per existing instructions, Government decide to repatriate the individual to his local cadre Ranga Reddy District, immediately. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby accord permission to the Transport Commissioner for repatriation of Sri K. Dhanunjaya, Transport Constable, Office of the Joint Transport Commissioner & Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Hyderabad to his local cadre Rangareddy District, with immediate effect, subject to condition that he may forgo his seniority in the present unit and take last rank in the seniority among his colleagues in the new unit. 5.
