Swarna Seshu, Advocate. *** ORDER: Smt. K. Swarna Seshu, Advocate, who was appointed as Presenting Officer in the reference 1st read above, on a disciplinary case, against Sri N. Damodar Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) and Sri K. Vara Prasad, Technical Officer (R&B), made her appearance and presentation, before the Commissioner of Inquires and claimed remuneration of Rs.1,700/- and the same is verified and certified by the Commissioner of Inquires, vide reference 2nd read above. 2. Government hereby accord sanction, for an amount of Rs.1,700/- (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred only) towards remuneration, for presenting the disciplinary case against Sri N. Damodar Reddy, I/c Executive Engineer (R&B) and Sri K. Vara Prasad, Technical Officer (R&B), before the Commissioner of Inquires, to Smt. K.Swarna Seshu, Advocate and Presenting Officer, G-3, F-3, Swarna Apartments, Opp: A.G. Colony Main Gate, Kalyan Nagar, Hyderabad. 3. The amount sanctioned in Para 2 above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451 - Secretariat Economic Services - 090-Secretariat - 10-TR&B Department - 280 - Professional services - 281-Pleaders fee”. 4. The Transport, Roads & Buildings (OP-II) Department shall draw and disburse the amount, through cheque accordingly. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the instructions in force.
