From Sri S.Rama Krishna Reddy, i/c SE (Retd) representation dated:28.6.2011. << >> ORDER:- In the circumstances represented in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby, enhance the Provisional Pension from 75% to 90% (Ninety percent) under Rule 52 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to Sri S.Rama Krishna Reddy, i/c Superintending Engineer (Retired) as against the earlier sanction made in the G.O. 1st read above, of the superannuation pension to which he would have been eligible, pending finalization of the disciplinary proceedings instituted against him. 2. The payment of entire DCRG admissible to the above retired incharge Superintending Engineer shall be withheld till the final orders in the disciplinary case pending against him are issued. 3.
