G.O.Ms.No.100, Finance and Planning (FW-Pen.II) Deptt., Dt.31.3.1986. 1. Application of Sri V. Yadaiah, Office Subordinate, Dt. Nil. * * * ORDER:- Sri V. Yadaiah, Office Subordinate, LET&F Department, retiring from service on the attaining the age of superannuation on 29.02.2012 has contributed towards Family Benefit Fund @ Rs.5/- per month from 1/1981 to 4/1983 (28months) and @ Rs.10/- per month from 5/1983 to 10/1984 (18 months) he has requested the Government to the said amount in the reference 4th read above. 2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the 1st and 3rd read above sanction is hereby accorded for payment towards Family Benefit Fund Principal amount ` 320/- and Interest thereon amounting to ` 4,530/- and the total amount comes to ` 4,850/- (Rupees Four thousand Eight hundred and Fifty only) towards Family Benefit Fund savings and interest there on as shown in the Annexure to this order. 3. The amount sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- Particulars Amount Head of Account Contribution ` 320-00 8011- Insurance Fund , MH-106-Other of F.B.F. Insurance and Pension Funds, SH-01- APSEFBF – 001-Payment at the time of retirement. Interest ` 4,530-00 8011- Insurance Fund , MH-106-Other amount on Insurance and Pension Funds, SH-01- Savings APSEFBF – 003 Interest payment from Govt. Fund Total ` 4,850-00 4. The Labour, Employment, Training and Factories (Claims) Department are requested to draw the said sanctioned amount by way of bank account of Sri V.
