ABSTRACT
Establishment - Factories Department – Continuation of three (3) posts of
Junior Assistants in the Directorate of Factories and Seven (7) posts of
Junior Assistants in Regional/District Offices on outsourcing basis, through
third party for a further period of one year from 10.09.2011 to 09.09.2012 –
Permission accorded – Orders - Issued.

ORDER :
In the circumstances explained by the Director of Factories, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby
accord permission to the Director of Factories, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad
for continuation of three (3) posts of Junior Assistants in the Office of
Directorate of Factories and seven (7) posts of Junior Assistants in
Regional/District Offices on outsourcing basis, for a further period of one
year, from 10.09.2011 to 09.09.2012, by following outsourcing guidelines,
subject to entering into fresh agreement with Agency, duly giving a gap of
one day on expiry of the previous contract period.
2. The Director of Factories, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take
necessary further action in the matter.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (SMPC)
Department as per the guidelines in force.
