From Director Ground Water Department Letter No 4584/E1(2)/2011 dated 03.03.2012 O0O O R D E R : In the reference 3rd & 4th read above the Finance (A&L) Department has allotted an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- to this Department towards personal computer advance for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the financial year 2011-2012 (ie Rs 1,50,000/-. In each quarter ) 2. The funds allotted in the reference 3rd and 4th read above to this Department are hereby released /reallocated to the following HOD’s for onward sanction to the applicants mentioned below as per the eligibility. The expenditure on account of sanction of the Personal Computer Advance shall be debited to 7610 loans to Govt,Servants MH 204 Advance for purchase of Personal ComputersSH (12) loans for purchase of Personal computer 001 – Advance for purchase of personal computer.
