In pursuance of section 17 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(Central Act 14 of 1947) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs
that the enclosed award received on 18/02/2012 from the Industrial
Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Godavarikhani, passed in I.D.No. 145 of
2000 held in between M. Ramaiah, S/o Laxmaiah, Conductor and the
