Lr.No.NAC/130/ dt.16/09/2006. 2.Govt. Memo No.14625/Vig.II/2007-1, dt.29-9-2007. 3.From the Engineer-in-Chief, (R&B) Admn. & NH, Hyd. Lr.No.2542/VC.2/2007,dt.08-04-2011. &&& ORDER: It was brought to the notice of the Government that certain lapses/ irregularities were committed by R&B Engineers in Nellore District in execution of the work of “Improvements to Audimurthypuram to Gollavaripalli Road via Garimenapenta from Km.0/0 to 9/0” in SPS Nellore District, in the year 2006. 2. As per the directions of Government, vide reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Admn. & NH issued show-cause notices to the concerned R&B officials, viz., S/sri (1) P.C. Ramesh Kumar, the then I/c EE(R&B), Kavali; (2) V.N. Vedanandam, DEE(R&B), Kavali; and (3) S. Siva Rama Krishna, AE(R&B), Vinjamur; all the Officers have submitted their explanations to the show-cause notices and the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B), Admn. & NH, furnished his remarks, on the explanation of the above said officers, vide reference third read above. 3. Government, after careful examination, decide and hereby drop further action against the above said R&B officials, viz., S/sri (1) P.C. Ramesh Kumar, the then I/c EE(R&B), Kavali;(2) V.N. Vedanandam, DEE(R&B), Kavali; and (3) S. Siva Rama Krishna, AE(R&B), Vinjamur, in respect of the work “Improvements to Audimurthypuram to Gollavaripalli Road via Garimenapenta from Km.0/0 to 9/0” in SPS Nellore District. 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Admn. & NH, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
