2. From the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department,
Hyderabad letter No.Rc/ENC/B1/645/2012, dated 22.2.2012.

O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (AW),
I&CAD Department, Hyderabad in the reference read above, Sri B.Hari
Ram, incharge Chief Engineer, RS IS LIS & D-NSP TP LC, Khammam, is
permitted to surrender 15 days of Earned Leave with effect from
16.1.2012 during the financial year 2011-2012 and receive pay and
allowances in cash, in lieu of the leave so surrendered.
2. After surrender of 15 days of earned leave Sri B.Hari Ram,
incharge Chief Engineer, RS IS LIS & D-NSP TP LC, Khammam, is
having 255 days of Earned Leave at his credit.
3. Necessary entries have to be made of the surrendered Leave in the
Service Book of the officer under proper attestation.
4. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad shall
take necessary action in the matter.
