From the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad letter No.Rc/ENC/F3/15819/2011, dated 6.3.2012. << >> ORDER: In the reference read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Hyderabad has requested to refund the amount contributed towards A.P. State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme together with interest accrued thereon to Sri PSR Subrahmanyam, Engineer-in-Chief retired on 31.1.2012 A.N. 2. Accordingly, in terms of the orders issued in the G.Os. 1st and 2nd read above, sanction is accorded for refund of an amount of Rs.13,978/- (Rupees thirteen thousand nine and seventy eight only) in lumpsum being the amount contributed under A.P. State Employees Family Benefit Fund Scheme to Sri P.S.R.Subrahmanyam, Engineer-in-Chief (Retired) as calculated in the statement enclosed to this order. 3. The amount sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to the following Head of account:- “M.H. 8011 - Insurance and pension funds 106 - Other insurance and pension funds 14 - APSE FBF (Out goings) 002 - Payment in the event of retirement.” 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Hyderabad shall draw the amount sanctioned in Para 2 above, and disburse to Sri P.S.R.Subrahmanyam, Engineer-in-Chief, retired on 31.1.2012 A.N.
