ORDER:
In terms of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.293, Finance &
Planning (FW.Accts.II) Department, Dated 8.10.1984 read with
Government Cir.Memo.No.1749-B/A2/Admn.II/96, Fin. &
Plg.(FW.Admn.II) Deptt., Dated 24.2.1996 sanction is hereby
accorded to the Engineer-in-Chief (AW), Hyderabad for refund of an
amount of Rs.75,688/- (Rupees seventy five thousand six hundred
eighty eight only) contributed by Sri P.S.R.Subrahmanyam,
Engineer-in-Chief retired on 31.1.2012 towards A.P. State Employees
General Insurance Scheme, during the period from 11/84 to
10/2011 duly calculating the interest accrued for the contribution
made by the retired officer, as calculated in the statement enclosed
to this order.
2. The expenditure is debited to “8011 _ Insurance and Pension
Funds M.H.107 - A.P. State Employees Group Insurance Scheme
S.H.(01) Group Insurance Scheme - 001 - Savings Fund - 003 -
Interest from Government respectively.
3. The Engineer-in-Chief, ISWR, Hyderabad is requested to draw
& disburse the amount to Sri P.S.R.Subrahmanyam, Engineer-in-
Chief retired on 31.1.2012 AN.
