Transport, Roads & Buildings (Vig.III) Department, Dated: 27.01.2009. *** O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991 is ordered to be held in the G.O. read above, by Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissionerate of Inquiries, against Sri Ganta Brahmananda Reddy, formerly Motor Vehicle Inspector, Flying Squad, Office of the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore. 2. And whereas, on retirement of Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, General Administration (COI) Department, it was decided to re-assign the disciplinary case of Sri Ganta Brahmananda Reddy, formerly Motor Vehicle Inspector to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991, the Government hereby appoint Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department, General Administration (COI) Department as the Inquiring Authority to conduct enquiry in place of Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration(COI) Department. 4. The General Administration (COI.R) Department shall furnish the relevant records / documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the enquiry from where it was stopped by the former inquiring authority and furnish his enquiry report at the earliest.
