ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (AW),
I&CAD Department, Hyderabad in the letter 5th read above, and after
careful examination, Sri P.S.R.Subrahmanyam, Engineer-in-Chief
retired from service on 31.1.2012 AN on attaining the age of
superannuation, is permitted to encash (300) days of Earned Leave at
his credit as on the date of his retirement and to receive pay and
allowances in lieu thereof as admissible according to rules or orders in
force, in terms of the orders issued in G.Os. 1st to 4th read above.
2. The Engineer-in-Chief (AW), I&CAD Department, Hyderabad is
requested to take necessary action accordingly.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance(FR)
Department as per the rules or orders on the subject.
