From the DOF, AP, Hyderabad, Lr.No.A1/5828/2009-1, dt.23.07.2011. *** ORDER: Sri Ch. Kishan and Sri P.M. Chandra Mohan were promoted as Joint Chief Inspectors of Factories from the category of Deputy Chief Inspectors of Factories vide G.O. 1st read above under Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 and have reported to duty as Joint Chief Inspectors of Factories on 21.12.2009 F.N and 19.12.2009 A.N in the office of the Director of Factories, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 2. The Director of Factories, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has requested the Government that Sri Ch. Kishan and Sri P.M. Chandra Mohan placed on probation in the category of Joint Chief Inspectors of Factories for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years with effect from 21.12.2009 F.N and 22.12.2009 F.N i.e., as per Rule 6 of A.P. Factories Service Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.189, Energy, Forests, Environment, Science & Technology (F & B) Department, dated 25.7.1991. 3. Accordingly, Government hereby place Sri Ch. Kishan and Sri P.M. Chandra Mohan on probation in the category of Joint Chief Inspectors of Factories for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years with effect from 21.12.2009 F.N and 22.12.2009 F.N under Rule 6 of Andhra Pradesh Factories Service Rules.
