PUBLIC SERVICES – Roads & Buildings Department – Common
Departmental proceedings against (1) Sri Waheed Ahmed, the then
Dy.EE (R&B) now PA to EE (R&B), Siddipet and (2) Sri M.Yacob, the
then AEE (R&B), now Dy.EE (R&B), Nalgonda under rule 24 of Andhra
Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991
– Instituted – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:
Whereas, the Government Servants specified below are jointly
concerned in a disciplinary case.
(1) Sri Waheed Ahmed, the then Dy.EE (R&B) now PA to EE
(R&B), Siddipet; and
(2) Sri M.Yacob, the then AEE (R&B), now Dy.EE (R&B),
Nalgonda.
2) Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by rules (1)
and (2) of rule 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification,
Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, the disciplinary authority hereby
directs:
i) that disciplinary action against all the said Government
Servants shall be taken in the common proceedings;
ii) that Transport, Roads & Buildings Department shall
function as the Disciplinary Authority for the purpose of
the common proceedings and shall be competent to
impose the major penalties specified in clauses (vi) to (x)
under rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services
(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991.
iii) that the procedure prescribed in sub-rules 1-20 of rule 20
of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification,
Control and Appeal) rules, 1991 shall be followed in the
said proceedings.
