Report No.110 (1506/V&E/E2/07), dated 15.07.2008. *** O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against (1) Sri Waheed Ahmed, the then Dy.EE (R&B) now PA to EE (R&B), Siddipet; and (2) Sri M.Yacob, the then AEE (R&B), now Dy.EE (R&B), Nalgonda. 2) And whereas, it is considered that an inquiry authority should be appointed to inquiry into the charge framed against the above said (02) officers. 3) Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of the said rule, the disciplinary authority hereby appoint the Superintendent Engineer (R&B), Circle Nalgonda, as the Inquiry Authority to inquire into the charges framed against the above said (02) officers. He should submit his enquiry report within two months with his own attestation in duplicate. 4) Copies of article of charges, written statement of defence of above said all Accused Officers and orders of appointing presenting officer are appended to this order. The relevant documents/records are to be furnished by Presenting Officer by obtaining from the Engineer- in-Chief (R&B) Admn., Hyderabad.
