TR&B(Vig.III.2) Department, Dated: 18.05.2011. *** O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991 was ordered to be held in the G.O. read above, by Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissionerate of Inquiries, against Sri Shaik Sardar Ahmed, Motor Vehicle Inspector, Ranga Reddy District. 2. And whereas, on retirement of Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, General Administration (COI) Department, it has been decided to re-assign the disciplinary case of Sri Shaik Sardar Ahmed, Motor Vehicle Inspector to Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Iinquiries, General Administration (COI) Department. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC & A) Rules, 1991, the Government hereby appoint Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration (COI) Department as the Inquiring Authority in place of Dr.Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration(COI) Department to conduct inquiry against Sri Shaik Sardar Ahmed, Motor Vehicle Inspector, Ranga Reddy District. 4. The General Administration (COI.R) Department shall furnish the relevant records / documents connected with the inquiry to the Inquiring Authority. The Inquiring Authority is requested to continue the inquiry from where it was stopped by the former inquiring authority and furnish his inquiry report at the earliest.
