Rt. No. 284 Dated:14.03. 2012. Read the following: 1. From the CE (MI), Lr. No. DCE (MI)/OT2-T3/ JBIC/ Kalegaon/ Works, dated: 15.09.2011. 2. From the Engineer-in-Chief (I.W), Lr. No. ENC / IW/ P& M/ EE.III/ DEE.10/ AE/ REs/ 298/ 11, dated: 29.09.2011/ 08.11.2011. ------ ORDER: 1. In the reference 1st read above, the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation has submitted the revised estimate to the Engineer-in-Chief (IW), Hyderabad for the work of Formation of new tank across Butarmalanala near Kalegaon ( V ), Kerameri (M) Adilabad District for Rs.2152.56 Lakhs. He has stated that during the course of execution, certain deviations are necessitated to proceed with the work, and requested to obtain the approval of the committee of Chief Engineers for recommending to the Government for obtaining administrative approval. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (IW) has stated that the Committee of Chief Engineers after examining the deviations in the revised estimate and after detailed discussions, has recommended for Revised Administrative Sanction for Rs.21,52,56,000 /- under APILIP for the above work. 3. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative approval for Rs.21,52,56,000 /-( Rupees Twenty one crores fifty two lakhs and fifty six thousands only) for the work of Formation of new tank across Butarmalanala near Kalegaon (V), Kerameri (M) Adilabad District subject to obtaining the prior concurrence of JICA (JBIC) in accordance with the project guidelines. 4. The Expenditure for the said work may be chargeable to the Head of account “2702 – Minor irrigation, 01 surface water, M.H. 101, Water Tanks, G.H.03 External Aided projects, S.H. (10), Construction of new minor irrigation tanks under APILIP, 530 Major works, 531 other expenditure, 532 lands. P.T.O-2- 5. The Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation/ Commissioner, CAD is requested to take further necessary action accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.
