Shankar Rao, State Representative before State Transport Appellate Tribunal, A.P, Hyderabad to perform to & fro journey to Delhi on 14/03/2012 by air to meet the Advocate on Record & to file an additional counter affidavit before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in connection with the High Security Registration Plates Scheme in the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.Civil No.510/2005 and permission to leave headquarters ie., Hyderabad and return on 15/03/2012 to save time, in view of the urgency. 2.
