O R D E R :
In pursuance of the orders issued in the references read above and based on the request made
by the G.A(Elec.C)Deptt., vide reference 4th read above , Govt. hereby issue a Budget Release Order
for an amount of Rs. 1.25 lakhs (Rupees One lakh and twenty five thousand only ) as additional amount
to G.A.(Elec.C) Deptt., under Non- Plan towards expenditure for the conduct of Bye-elections to A.P.
Legislative Council 2011 by the MLAs , in relaxation of Treasury Control orders pending provision of
funds by obtaining Supplementary Grant during 2011-12,under the following heads of account.
