Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987, issued in G.O.Ms.No.29 Education, dated 05-02-1987 subject to the condition that the management shall obtain and furnish the fire safety certificate from the Fire Service Dept., with-in (3) three months from the date of issue of this order. 2. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
