TRANSPORT, ROADS & BUILDINGS (SER.IV) DEPARTEMENT G.O.Rt.No. 290 Dated: 17/03/2012 Read:- From the Transport Commissioner Letter No.11240/R1/2002, Dated 12/03/2012. -ooo- ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Transport Commissioner, A.P, Hyderabad in his Letter read above and under Rule 47 (3) of the Andhra Pradesh Travelling Allowance Rules, post-facto permission is hereby accorded to Sri Hiralal Samariya, IAS, Transport Commissioner and Sri P. Srinivas, Additional Transport Commissioner as they have visited Delhi on 11/03/2012 to finalize the reply in connection with the contempt notice in implementation of H.S.R.P.Scheme in the State of Andhra Pradesh and returned the same day by flight and the Additional Transport Commissioner is permitted to travel to & fro by air along with Transport Commissioner. 2. The officer is eligible to draw TA& DA as per the rules in force. 3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the rules in force.
