Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No.1112, TR&B (Services. I) Dept., dt.23-11- 2011. 2. From the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Admin. & NH, Lr.No. 67/VC(2)/2006, dt.07-03-2012. ***** O R D E R:- Sri M. Surya Rao, I/c Executive Engineer(R&B), Markapur attains the age of superannuation of 58 years and his date of retirement is notified as 31-03-2012 A.N. in the G.O. first read above. 2. The following disciplinary cases are pending against Sri M. Surya Rao, I/c Executive Engineer(R&B), Markapur :- (1) Articles of charge were framed against Sri M. Surya Rao, I/c Executive Engineer(R&B), Markapur, vide G.O.Rt.No.176, TR&B(Vig.II) Dept., dt. 15-02-2012, as he has failed to exercise proper control/ monitor the work of “Construction of Bridge across Yanamaduru drain at Barrivanipet connecting Mogalturu – Bhimavaram Road via Kalipatnam and Bhimavaram – Losari Road." (2) Articles of charge were framed against Sri M. Surya Rao, I/c Executive Engineer(R&B), Markapur, vide G.O.Rt.No.156, TR&B(Vig.II) Dept., dt. 14-02-2012, as he has neglected “Maintenance of Vijayawada- Nuzvidu Road from Km. 0/0 to 19/0”. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Admin. &NH, Hyderabad , in his letter second read above has requested to permit Sri M. Surya Rao, I/c Executive Engineer(R&B), Markapur to retire from service on 31- 03-2012 AN, on attaining the age of superannuation, pending finalisation of disciplinary cases.4. After careful examination of the matter, Government have decided that Sri M. Surya Rao, I/c Executive Engineer(R&B), Markapur be permitted to retire from service on 31-03-2012 A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation without prejudice to the outcome of the disciplinary cases pending against him. 5. Accordingly, Government hereby permit Sri M. Surya Rao, I/c Executive Engineer(R&B), Markapur, Prakasam district to retire from Government service on 31-03-2012 AN, on attaining the age of superannuation without prejudice to the outcome of the disciplinary cases pending against him. (p.t.o.) ::2:: 6. The Principal Accountant General (A&E), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested not to release full pension and DCRG to the individual till the disciplinary cases pending against him are disposed of. 7.
